¡QUE SE SALVE LA VIDA DE LOS 13! ¡LIBERTAD PARA TODOS LOS TRABAJADORES ENCARCELADOS! ¡ABANDONO DE TODOS LOS PROCESOS! Acaban de ser juzgados los trabajadores y militantes sindicales de India de la fábrica Maruti-Suzuki en Manesar – que depende de la multinacional japonesa Suzuki – ellos fueron detenidos e inculpados luego de los incidentes que sobrevinieron en esta fábrica en 2012 y de la muerte de un dirigente de la empresa. 117 de ellos fueron absueltos. 31 reconocidos culpables de diversos delitos, entre los cuales 13 de muerte –lo cual en India implica la pena de muerte o la prisión a vida: ¡La sentencia será rendida el 17 de marzo! Solidarity campaign with Maruti workers We have been informed: That the District Court will deliver its decision on sentences tomorrow march 18th at 4 pm Indian time. The prosecution and the Maruti Suzuki management demand the death penalty for the 13 workers convicted of murder. Eleven them are the office bearers of the Trade-union. Today about 100 thousand workers mostly in auto industry near Maruti factory boycotted factory lunch in protest. There is not a minute to lose.
